Moon Maidens Workshop Series
Previously known as Maidens and Menstruation
This workshop for 9-12 year old girls and their caregivers. It lends the unique lens of traditional Chinese medicine to clarify, empower and offer useful tools to support the understanding of the workings of a cycling and bleeding body. The content material builds over 3-4 gatherings with a craft included at each meeting to integrate the concepts. Location of these gatherings have been in different caregiver's homes. Mothers or caregivers are encouraged to attend each meeting to hold space, support, contribute, help facilitate crafts and to be able to continue the discussions that will be sparked with their maidens.
Integrative Support Groups
Donation Based Groups where community can gather and feel supported.
PUSH has facilited infant feeding support groups, postpartum support groups, pregnancy loss support seesions and more over the years. We love collaborating with other practitioners to facilite these holistic and nourishing spaces. Alisa Galvan has over 15 years of experience supporting families around pregnancy, postpartm, perimenopause and loss.
